when you left her this weekend
your car was covered in bright red mud
from front to back
there were three noticeable bruises
one on the left side of your forehead
where your head hit her hip bone
one on your neck
where she almost bit into your flesh
one on the inside left palm of your hand
from when you were drunk
and grabbed a table wrong
or the corner of a booth.
